At the edge of the plot, the ground becomes flat, rendering getting into the water easier and facilitating the landscaping for better exploitation of this part, for laying sun beds and umbrellas for example. In any case, privacy is almost absolute, since the plot is pretty isolated and located at a spot, that the wider public would simply not think of entering into. It takes about another 3 km to get to Limenaria, the largest village on the island, so all options are present in the vicinity, if one wants to leave the tranquility of the place for a while and go shopping or having fun. On the east, ”Aliki” is the first settlement to meet. Not really a village, but one of the most popular spots of the island. The world famous “Giola”, the natural pool, carved in the rocks, is also quite near the plot. The long and well organized sandy beaches of “Astris” and “Psili Ammos” are the nearest options for leaving the rocky scenery and getting to a more crowded “conventional” beach. They lie at a distance of roughly 3 km. Another important thing is the possibility for natural mooring of vessels in the little bays, that are located on both sides of the plot. An organized marina for larger yachts can be found in Limenaria, at a distance of 11 km. The plot is joined with the main road of the island and can be divided into 4 smaller parcels easily, thus granting allowance for building slightly below 880 sqm of buildings (main use spaces). The electricity network passes right next to the plot and the water network is roughly 400 meters away from the plot.
